    Brief: Develop a microsite to house Skype's new ads shown on Connect the World programme and to educate new/existing customers on the benefits of Skype.

  • Nestle Milo B-Smart
    Background: MILO B-SMART is an exciting new product created to help kids prepare for the day with energy to think, learn and play.

    Brief: Pre-dating a national television campaign, this online site was the official launch to drive awareness and trial the new MILO B-Smart. This strategy was an intelligent move for the brand, building a groundswell of awareness that was later built on by above the line media.

    Idea: The microsite was aimed directly at mums, highlighting its new, healthier formulation. To reinforce this, the design focused on the benefits of the product – improved mental development, focus and information retention.

  • Marina Mirage
    Marina Mirage is Queensland’s finest waterfront shopping and dining destination, catering for the five star Sheraton Mirage Resort & Spa Anand the world’s first Palazzo Versace Hotel. The site introduced Marina Mirage to the world, complete with a premium VIP membership service and an event guide. This site boosted the resort’s online presence, showcasing the award-winning restaurants, designer boutiques and specialty stores in an online directory.

    Due to this site’s success, Ticor – Australia’s largest shopping centre property developer – requested a host of new business websites.

  • IBM Australia Big Green
    Background
    Project Big Green is a $1 billion investment designed to dramatically decrease the carbon footprint of IBM products.

    Brief
    As part of raising environmental awareness and reducing their environmental impact, IBM planted a tree for every one of their clients. A photo of their tree was enclosed with a DM piece, which drove people to this microsite.

    Idea
    The site dramatically altered its appearance depending on the time the user viewed it. This was achieved by an XML feed reading off the user’s CPU clock.

    Background: Australian Rugby Union re-launches with new brand positioning: BUILT BY RUGBY, FORGED BY UNION.

    Brief: Build a flash mircosite to reflect the above-the-line nationwide campaign.

    Idea: Stock brokers. Doctors. Lawyers. The ARU Wallabies have a proud tradition of players who are also pillars of the community – unlike their Rugby League counterparts. This site used a timeline to showcase the Wallaby greats throughout history.

  • Skype Iconography
    Skype has branched out into different platforms (i.e. TV, IPad and Facebook) and has release an IPA for partners to build Skype into their hardware and software, this required an overhaul of over 100 of its existing icons so that they were no longer dependent on colour or a containing element (i.e. button or background colour). This would allow them to work across multiple platforms and be universal as not to conflict with partner brands when used with their products.

    Each icon was created on a 8x8px grid, conformed to the same rate-to-curve and only used with an angle of 15° increments, creating a consistent and scalable family of icons

    Telstra - Australia’s largest telco, requested an up sell knowledge base system for their support centres staff. 

    Developed in flash, this system allowed Telstra's support staff to quickly locate detailed solutions that targeted their customers needs while on the phone.

    Forget the hassle of carrying a GPS around with you. The Nokia mobile phone is now the ultimate navigational device. This required the development of a microsite with educational video tutorials, map downloads and accessories to support the Nokia Navigation service.

    To reinforce the idea that Nokia was the ultimate GPS system, the site used the Nokia handset as a device to navigate through the website.

    This site’s innovative Australian design was subsequently used a benchmark for Nokia worldwide.
